Turn up for you!
Turning up for 10 minutes a day to complete my Dailygreatness journal has been revolutionary in helping me achieve focus and clarity on my goals and also in energising me through my days since October 2016. I stumbled across it at my beautiful yoga studio Whitespace in Stony Stratford.
It’s the most relevant, inspiring and beautiful to use journal that i have had the pleasure of experiencing. I was worried that it would be onerous when i first looked into it, writing twice a day seemed like a big feat when i had taken 2 and a half years to train myself to write once a day in my personal journal. But this one is different. There is 2-3 hours worth of work up front to think about and write up your own Greatness Blueprint, then following that it’s simply 10 minutes a day. 5 minutes in the morning and 5 in the evening, with around 30 minutes once a week to review where you are at v.s. the goals you set yourself for that week.
The regular check in on my progress against my goals in black and white ( or often lots of colouring pens in my case!) has helped me achieve the following:
– Clarity in what goals are REALLY important to me
– Regular and gentle reminders of what to focus on, when and with whom
– Make sure that my daily/weekly/monthly and annual goals are much more manageable and achievable
Do you write to do lists all the time but always wonder why you are not as productive as you would like to be? Maybe you are putting too much on there, or too much the things that you think are important but not the ones that are actually meaningful to you and your real deep rooted goals.
The Dailygreatness journal will help you unpick all of that. A little bit of work up front will unleash a very powerful but very gentle and encouraging framework to energise your days. I look forward to filling mine out, it’s become part of the rhythm of my week to do the weekly review on a Sunday night and plan out all my goals and schedule for the week ahead based on what was or wasn’t successful the week before. For the first time in a long time i have consistently achieved daily, weekly and now quarterly goals all linked back to my overall big life goals. All with the gentle encouragement of my Dailygreatness Journal.
